Financial Management Program

Want to grow your career in corporate finance at GE Aerospace? The Financial Management Program (FMP) is a two-year rotational development program for early career finance talent, designed to build core finance capability, business acumen, and leadership skills. You’ll complete four six-month rotations across finance teams, supported by coursework, coaching, and exposure to business and finance leaders. Along the way, you’ll deliver insights that influence decisions and build skills for future finance leadership roles. Finance internships and co-ops are a strong pathway into FMP and a great way to build your skills.

Rotations

Complete four six-month rotations across corporate finance, with opportunities to work across businesses, functions, and locations in the U.S. and internationally. You’ll build experience in planning, reporting, controllership, and decision support while strengthening your business acumen and understanding how GE Aerospace operates. Rotation areas may include:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Commercial Finance
  •  Controllership
  • Internal Audit/IR

Community

Join a global cohort of early career finance professionals and a broader network of peers, alumni, program leaders, and finance leaders. You’ll build relationships that support collaboration, shared learning, and career growth throughout the program. Beyond rotation work, you can lead and participate in program activities such as community service, culture and engagement, professional development, onboarding, and social events-building leadership through action and strengthening your network.
Meta

Development

Development is built into every rotation through a combination of technical finance training, leadership development, and hands-on experience. You’ll apply what you learn to real business challenges, build executive-ready communication, and grow confidence through feedback and coaching. You’ll also receive support from program and assignment leaders, helping you strengthen technical depth, leadership presence, and career direction across the two-year program.
