ECLP is a truly transformative journey. Coming from a technical background, I was pushed to step out of my comfort zone and quickly adapt to new challenges in the commercial space. The program is giving me the tools, support, and real-world experience to grow into a more strategic and confident leader. Engaging directly with customers sharpened my ability to understand their needs and create impactful solutions. One of the most rewarding parts is the strong network of peers and mentors who are challenging and supporting me every step of the way. If you’re looking for a program that stretches your thinking, builds adaptability, and accelerates your growth, ECLP is the place to be.

My ECLP journey in the aerospace industry has taken me across the U.S and Europe, where I had the opportunity to led impactful missions in close parternship with Safran, for our CFM joint-venture. These experiences have strengthened my international outlook and ability to perfom in high-demanding multicultural environments, while meeting internal and external stakeholders' needs.

Joining ECLP was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career. After working in customer facing engineering roles for many years, I knew that I was excited by solving problems in the gray space between technical and commercial. ECLP really let me dive deep into this space. I was able to spend two years in Sales working in roles I never knew existed before joining ECLP! I learned so much in my three years on program, and as a result grew in my confidence to tackle completely unfamiliar problems. The best part of the experience was getting to know my classmates – many of whom have become close friends in and outside of work!
