What does the program offer?

During this three-year accelerated leadership development program, ECLPs experience:
  • Three challenging assignments that last one year each within commercial engines and services that directly impact rotation specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and business priorities
  • A robust learning and development curriculum intended to upskill the six commercial competencies to support career growth
  • Assignments reporting to experienced Commercial Leaders
  • The opportunity to drive Lean mindset through ongoing development and participation in Lean events
  • Access and exposure to leaders, teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Annual ECLP Welcome Day and Seminar to support development, networking, and a sense of community
