Connecting with your GE Aerospace campus team!

Our campus team is passionate about recruiting at our alma mater and finding the next generation of talent for GE Aerospace from GT. We strive to make it easy for you to connect with us year-round and come up with ways to get to know you beyond the traditional career fair setting. We will be on campus during the first and second weeks in September so you will see us at a few career fairs, class talks, info sessions, resume reviews, and mock interviews.

  • Monday, September 8 from 6:30-8pm: Materials Advantage Info Session at Love Building Atrium

  • Monday, September 15 from 8:25am-9:15am: Mechatronics Class Talk/Info Session 
  • Monday, September 15 from 10am -2pm: Supply Chain Day at Georgia Tech Exhibition Hall
  • Thursday, September 18 from 10am - 3pm: AE Career Fair

Can't make one of our on campus event dates?  No problem, you can meet of our recruiters through a virtual one-on-one session! These sessions are designed to help answer questions you have about GE Aerospace, navigate internship/full-time job opportunities, and can even be used as a more formal screening for an interview if you wish.

Sara Campbell

Executive Champion
Sara Campbell is the Procurement & Supplier Management (P&SM) Operations Leader. Sara holds a B.S. (2010) and M.S. (2012) in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA (2025) from MIT Sloan. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Laura Acierno

Recruitment Leader
Laura graduated from Georgia Tech (BSAE ‘11) and joined GE Aerospace’s Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) in 2011.  She is currently a Senior Engineer. Outside of work Laura, enjoys traveling the world with her family, doing yoga, and rock climbing.

Thomas Kaplan

Virtual Sourcing Leader
Thomas escaped Georgia Tech twice (BSAE ’21, MSAE ’25).  He started as an intern on turbine blade design and manufacturing, then the EEDP program  with rotations in Large Military Systems, RISE Performance Analysis, and GEnx HPT Blade Services, and currently is a design engineer for GEnx HPT rotor hardware.  

Courtney Telfare

Supply Chain Interview Leader
Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech as well as a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. She began her career in the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP). Then, held various roles in Supply Chain. 

Ben Pauls

Engineering Interview Leader
Ben joined GE Aerospace through the Edison Engineering Development program (EEDP) in 2021 and completed his Masters in Aerospace Engineering through the ASDL at Georgia Tech. Ben is currently on our CF6 Customer Technical Programs team.

Aimee Williams

Campus Sourcing Leader
Aimee is a Staff Systems Engineer in Mobility Engines.  She is  GT grad with a PhD in Aerospace Engineering as well as an MS and BS. Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her spouse, Corey, and daughter, Ellee, and participating in hobbies such as ballet, hiking, and backpacking. 

Justin Wong

Intern Retention Leader
Justin graduated from GT with a BS in Material Science and Engineering with a concentration in Polymers and Fibers. He is currently a Materials Application Engineer for GE9X CMC S1 Nozzles. In his free time, he trains for triathlons and works on his 99’ Miata prepping it for track days and spirited country drives.  

Ian Buckalew

Communications Leader
Ian graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech in 2024 and was heavily involved in Georgia Tech Motorsports. In his free time, Ian enjoys traveling, plane spotting, biking, and working on cars.
