The Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP) will help you build a strong technical foundation in manufacturing and assembly processes. This is an opportunity to participate in hands-on development about engineering our manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies.

On this two-year program, you will have two rotational assignments of one year each. These can be in one location or two different locations.

You will work with a cohort of young professionals as well as gain mentorship and exposure to operations leaders throughout the company.

Development

By joining MEDP you will be enrolled in technical skills development via on-the-job training and classroom learning as well as virtual learning.

Your professional development will be also honed with exposure to today's GE Aerospace leadership, providing strong opportunities for growth in your field & in businesses at-large.
