Military Officer
Leadership Program
GE Aerospace provides world-class training and mission-driven assignments that help officers in the U.S. or UK transition smoothly into their first civilian role. Our Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a two-year, cross-functional rotational program featuring three eight-month roles that build business acumen, technical depth, and enterprise leadership. You’ll learn by doing through high-impact projects and on-the-job coaching, complemented by formal classroom training and mentorship from experienced leaders. Exceptional candidates are selected for MOLP to accelerate their civilian careers and make immediate, measurable impact across GE Aerospace.

Divisional Assignments
This program features three eight-month rotational assignments across five divisions of GE Aerospace. Candidates are matched to divisions based on experience and career interests.

Community
A primary objective of this program is helping Veterans transition from a military career to a commercial career. The program is fully integrated into GE Aerospace’s Veterans Network, providing a sense of community and camaraderie from day one that will carry on through your career.
