How SkillBridge works at GE Aerospace:

You apply to a GE Aerospace SkillBridge opportunity aligned to your skills and location preferences; we match candidates to teams in areas like maintenance, operations, engineering, supply chain, cybersecurity, and digital technology.
Once approved by your command, you'll train full-time with a GE Aerospace team for up to 180 days, contributing to meaningful projects and learning our tools, processes, and culture.
Throughout your placement, you’ll receive mentorship, access to Veteran employee networks, and structured feedback. We use the placement to assess mutual fit for potential post-service roles.
Participants remain on active duty and continue to receive military pay and benefits; SkillBridge roles at GE Aerospace are unpaid.
