Commercial Engines & Services: This team is the customer-facing arm for commercial aviation, managing engine portfolios, driving product strategy, and delivering sales, marketing, production engines, and aftermarket services. Assignments build core commercial competencies and lead to roles in sales/marketing, product management/operations, and customer support.
Digital Technology: Digital Technology connects people, processes, and products across the enterprise, enabling smarter operations and outcomes. Participants gain hands-on business and technical experience across DT roles and graduate into positions such as software engineer, product/program manager, data scientist, or cybersecurity specialist.
Supply Chain / Technology and Operations: This function unifies safety, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing to drive operational excellence and deliver for customers while advancing future flight technology. Rotations (primarily in Cincinnati/Dayton) span shop operations, material planning, logistics, quality, and sourcing, leading to roles like manufacturing engineer, cost leader, supply planner, services project leader, and business leader.
Defense & Systems: Defense & Systems powers U.S. and global military aviation, managing engines and systems for fighters, bombers, lift, rotorcraft, and maritime applications while executing product strategy, technology development, production delivery, and aftermarket support. Assignments build business competencies and open careers in sales/marketing, product management/operations, and customer support.
