Applying to attend the 2025 L.I.F.T. Summit is a multi-step process. But don’t worry, it’s straightforward. Here’s what to expect:
  • STEP 1 – Apply Online. 
You’ll need to click apply to either the Full-time Program application or Internship/Co-op application on this page. Be sure you meet all the qualifications! Once received, our team will review.
  • STEP 2 – Qualified candidates from Step One will be invited to complete an online questionnaire to share more about their experiences and background.  We recommend you complete this questionnaire within 7 days.
  • STEP 3 – Qualified candidates from Step Two will be invited to a video and short-response interview focused on the functional area and opportunity they are interested in.  We recommend you complete this interview within 14 days. The video application portal will close permanently on April 9, 2025 at 11:59pm.

You’ll receive a formal invitation to the 2025 L.I.F.T Summit in mid-May and need to accept or decline the invite within a week. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive details on booking travel, the agenda and other summit related information.

The agenda for the summit is still being developed. You can expect to learn about the work GE Aerospace does direct from our leadership team and employees at our company headquarters, hear from current program members and interns/co-ops about their experiences, and attend networking opportunities and social events!
