Dedicated to developing digital products and services that enhance our operational effectiveness and create lasting value for employees and customers across the globe.
  • Locations: Evendale, OH or Livonia, MI
  • Majors: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related major

Engines Engineering

We’re hiring for internships and co-ops.

Apply engineering fundamentals and design, analyze and test the technology of our aircraft engines. 
  • Locations: Evendale, OH or Lynn, MA
  • Majors: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related major from ABET-accredited university or college

Systems Engineering

We’re hiring for co-ops and our 2-year rotational Systems Edison Engineering Development Program.

Supply Chain Operations

We’re hiring for internships and co-ops.

Strengthen your technical foundation in manufacturing engineering and assembly processes. Develop skills and leadership in supply chain through challenging assignments, an integrated network, and relevant training.

EHS, Facilities and Maintenance

We’re hiring for internships and co-ops.

Enhance expertise in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems and frameworks. Mentor employees and teams to establish sustainable processes and structures that comply with all EHS requirements. Focus on sustainability initiatives related to wastewater and air quality within our manufacturing processes, as well as promoting occupational health and wellness. 
  • Locations: 35+ location options
  • Majors: Chemical Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety or related, Environmental Engineering, Facilities / Maintenance, Occupational Safety and Health, or related major

You can expect to learn about the work GE Aerospace does direct from our leadership team and employees at our company headquarters, hear from current program members and interns/co-ops about their experiences, and attend networking opportunities and social events! 

Generally, we look for candidates with prior intern experience, participation in clubs, and leadership experience. For engineering roles: experience in aerospace area – clubs, projects, etc. For finance: problem-solving skills, working with large data sets.

Applying to attend the 2026 L.I.F.T. Summit is a multi-step process. But don’t worry, it’s straightforward. Here’s what to expect: 
STEP 1 – Apply Online between February 23rd and March 20th. You’ll need to apply to either the Full-time Program application or Internship/Co-op application on this page. Be sure you meet all the qualifications! Once received, our team will review.
STEP 2 – Qualified candidates from Step One will be invited to complete an online questionnaire to share more about their experiences and background.  We recommend you complete this questionnaire within 7 days.
STEP 3 – Qualified candidates from Step Two will be invited to a video and short-response interview focused on the functional area and opportunity they are interested in. We recommend you complete this interview within 14 days. The video application portal will close permanently on April 3, 2026 at 11:59pm.

We will notify all candidates who apply if they are, or are not, selected for the event throughout the application process. 

You’ll receive a formal invitation to the 2026 L.I.F.T Summit in mid-May and need to accept or decline the invite within a week. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive details on booking travel, the agenda and other summit related information.
