Scott Deloretta
Scott is an Executive Director - Human Resources for Integrated Manufacturing at GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a 28-year veteran at General Electric, Scott is responsible for the creation and execution of the Human Resources strategy for 11,000 global employees. He earned his MSIR from WVU in 1988. Scott and his family, son Jarett and daughter Jenna, are avid Mountaineer fans!

Morgan Griffith
Morgan is a Lead Specialist – Total Rewards at GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, Ohio. Morgan is a two-time WVU graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration (2021) and a M.S. in Human Resources Management (2022). Additionally, she is a graduate of the GE Aerospace Human Resources Leadership Program. As a former homecoming queen, Morgan is a huge mountaineer fan and loves being back on campus!

Travis Ritchie
Travis is a 2010 (B.S.) & 2012 (MSIRHR) graduate of West Virginia University and is currently the HR Leader for the Rotating Parts and Compressor Airfoils Part Family (RPCA). In this role he is responsible for leading a team to drive the HR strategy and execution for 8 manufacturing locations in the part family. Travis lives in Cincinnati with his wife Ashley, daughter Denni, and black lab Nala.

Jeff Janney
Jeff is the Sr HR Partner for our Classified Military Engineering team. He is responsible for strategic workforce planning, talent development & succession planning, hiring & retention action plans, and Executive & People Leader coaching. Jeff is a two-time WVU graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration (2013) and M.S. in Industrial Relations (2015).

John Rahl
John is the Executive HR Leader for the GE Aerospace Future of Flight organization. John and his team are responsible for the development and execution of the HR strategy for the 3,000+ employees globally that are inventing the future of flight through the research, development, and testing of new & emerging technologies. John is a 2010 graduate of the WVU MSIRHR (formerly MSIR) program.

Joelle Hebberd
Joelle is a 2023 B.S. Aerospace Engineering graduate of West Virginia University. Upon graduation, Joelle joined GE Aerospace's Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP). Post graduation from EEDP, Joelle is a Performance Engineer in the Military Integrated Performance and Operability (MIPO) team in Evendale, Ohio.

Danielle Lesch
Danielle is the Executive CFM56 Program Director at GE Aerospace leading Safety, Product, Commercial, and Joint Venture partnership responsibilities for the world's most sold jet engine. She also played a critical role in the creation & advancement of the Aviation Supply Chain Integrity Coalition. Danielle is a 2006 graduate from WVU with a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She resides in the Cincinnati area with her husband Keith (a WVU graduate with a MS in Software Engineering) and their 4 children.

Ryan Robinson
Ryan is a current member of the HR Leadership Program, working as an HRBP in our site in Lynn, MA. He is responsible for serving as the HR business partner for Plant 1, helping serve over 400 employees, both hourly and salary. Before Lynn, Ryan served as a Talent Development partner for GE Aerospace's Corporate Functions. Ryan holds both a Bachelor (2022) and Master (2023) of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science, Human Resource Management (2024) (MSHRM), all from West Virginia University.

Olivia Kulju
Olivia is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2020 and a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) in 2022. After graduation, she joined GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), completing rotations in Employee Relations, Commercial Field Service, and Electric Power. Following HRLP, Olivia started her new role at Unison Industries as a Lead HR Partner. Olivia is also a proud West Virginia native and an avid Mountaineers fan. Let's go!
